Challenge Waimak is an independent service station located just over the Old Waimakariri Bridge north of  Christchurch. We have been operating for well over 50 years, providing excellent customer service and a wide range of services to our local community, as well as commercial businesses in the area.

Being situated in a residential and commercial catchment our customer base is varied, and so our services have to reflect that. Hot food and drinks form a strong part of shop business.

Our fully equipped workshop is available six days per week to service and repair all types of motor vehicles and we have a reputation for working with American Muscle cars too.

Challenge Waimak is the only retailer in the area that sells 100+ octane race gas.

Our community is our lifeblood. While we do get many customers from out of the area, our locals are who we represent. To that end we try to give as much back as we can by way of sponsorship and local initiatives.
